Refund Policy
Last updated: 29 September 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid RSSPilot subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Service; where the two conflict on refunds, this policy governs.
1 Who Processes Your Payment
Paid RSSPilot subscriptions are processed by Creem acting as the merchant of record. Creem handles collection, billing, invoicing, tax and refunds, and Creem — not RSSPilot — is what appears on your card statement.
You can therefore request a refund either from us or by contacting Creem directly. Both routes act on the same transaction.
2 Full Refund Within 30 Days
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment on a paid plan, and you do not need to give a reason.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your card issuer. The subscription ends when the refund takes effect and the account returns to the free plan.
For annual plans the 30 days run from each annual charge, not only the first one.
3 After 30 Days
Subscription payments are non-refundable after 30 days. You can still cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for and is not renewed.
We do not pro-rate unused periods, and we do not issue partial refunds because a period was lightly used.
4 Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from inside the app: sign in and open Settings → Subscription, then choose Cancel subscription. You can also email support@rsspilot.app. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. It stops the next charge; payments already taken are handled under sections 2 and 3.
After you cancel you keep every paid feature until the end of the period you have paid for. The account then moves to the free plan, and your data is not deleted as a result.
5 Exceptions
We will refund the following even after 30 days:
- Duplicate charges — the same billing period charged more than once.
- Unauthorised charges — a transaction you never authorised.
- A sustained outage that prevented you from using paid features during a period you had paid for.
6 How to Request a Refund
Email support@rsspilot.app with your account email address, the order ID from your Creem receipt and, optionally, the reason for your request.
We reply within 3 business days. Where a request falls under section 2 or section 5, we submit the refund for you directly.
