Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The first month of a paid plan is free for a new account, once per account. You add a card at checkout and billing starts a month later; cancel before then and you are not charged.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The free plan needs no payment details. Create an account and start adding channels.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Sign in, open Settings → Subscription and choose Cancel subscription, and no further charges are taken. You keep every paid feature until the period you paid for ends; the account then moves to the free plan and your data is not deleted.
What is your refund policy?
You can get a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, with no reason needed. On annual plans the 30 days apply after every annual charge. Later payments are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.
Who processes the payment?
Creem, acting as merchant of record. Creem handles billing, invoices, sales tax and VAT, and it is the name on your card statement.
Which currency are prices in?
US dollars. Sales tax or VAT, where it applies to your location, is calculated and shown at checkout.
