1 Scope and Eligibility

The Service is open to users worldwide, and users in any region may access RSSPilot features.

You must, however, ensure that your use complies with the laws and regulations of your location, and you bear sole responsibility for it.

If a change in local regulations means we can no longer operate or provide the Service, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access.

2 Account Registration

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register for and use the Service.
• Account details: You must provide accurate and complete personal details when you register, and keep them up to date.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (such as your account name and password) confidential, and must not share them with anyone. We are not responsible for misuse of your account caused by your own negligence.
• Account termination: If we detect a violation, such as API abuse, unlawful activity or spam, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and to pursue legal remedies.

3 Payment and Subscriptions

• Plans: We offer free and paid subscription plans. Details and pricing are set out on our website and subscription pages.
• Payment methods: We accept credit cards and other payment methods. Availability may vary by region.
• Refunds: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. After 30 days amounts already paid are non-refundable, but you may continue to use the Service until the end of the billing period. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
• Automatic renewal: Paid plans renew automatically. Unless you cancel before the renewal date, we will charge your payment method automatically.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in compliance with applicable rules. You must not:

• Carry out unauthorized data scraping or API abuse that places a burden on RSSPilot servers.
• Attempt to intrude on, attack or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Publish or distribute unlawful or inappropriate content, such as hate speech, pornography or violence.
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights and trademarks.

5 Disclaimers

• Accuracy: The Service relies on AI technology and publicly available data. Although we work to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy, because sources change and AI has limitations.
• Availability: We work to keep the Service stable, but we are not responsible for interruptions caused by technical problems, third-party changes or events beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service without further compensation.
• Limitation of liability: You use the Service at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or punitive damages, nor for third-party services such as payment processing.

6 Changes and Termination

• Changes to these terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modified terms are published on the website and take effect immediately upon publication.
• Termination: If you do not agree to the updated terms, stop using the Service immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you breach these terms, we may terminate your account without further notice or refund.
